Wanna try something really good? Blend 1 pound of tofu in a blender with some soy milk and a spoonful of vanilla. Melt 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips in a double boiler then stir in 2 tbsp butter. Add the chocolate to the tofu and blend, then pour into cups and refrigerate. That's what I eat for breakfast every day. I think it's impossible to have a bad day if you start it like that! |
